After viewing our Media Clerks Manual, I have discovered we have a lot of work to do. However, I think that this will be very helpful for everyone, new people, and also for when it is time for the district is ready to review our job description. As this will be a living document, up for editing and revision by all Media Clerks, I know that this will only benefit us.
On a personal level, we always plan a trip to Lake Powell with our relatives in Colo. Springs, I can see big potential for getting all our stuff better organized. Since we take EVERY THING but the kitchen sink for this trip it will be much easier to have lists in a wiki of the haves, have nots, what I'm getting, what your getting and what we can't find!! It will be SOOO much easier!! I can't wait to share this with our family!!! YEA!!
